Shipping & Returns
We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or Bank Holiday it will be processed and shipped within five to seven business days. Shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays. (Shipping times exclude Weekends and Holidays.) A physical address is required for shipping as a signature will be required.
Products are currently shipped via product manufacturer to destinations within England, Wales and Scotland on a five to seven working day service. Customers for Northern Ireland and off-shore Islands should contact our Customer Service Department on 020 8386 0560 for shipping costs and delivery requirements.
We will accommodate special requests to ship abroad please contact us for details regarding shipping charges or alternative locations. We also do offer pre-noon delivery please contact our customer service department on 020 8386 0560 or email us email@example.com for details.
If for any reason you need to return your purchase to All About Koi you should contact us in the first instance either by telephone on 020 8386 0560 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to the address below. For postal enquiries, please enclose a copy of the invoice together with a contact phone number and details of the nature of the return as many manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service which will often resolve your problem much more quickly. Please note there is a 20% Handling fee on returns for non faulty items. All About Koi denies any liability for any conequential loss caused by faulty or damaged items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request system, All About Koi is committed to keeping your rights protected. If a product needs to be returned for any reason the RMA system will help speed your return process to use RMA system login to your account and select to view all orders and here there is a link to request product return our system will generate RMA number for you it will then be processed within seven working days.
Returns Policy and Procedure for Unused or Unwanted Goods In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item or items in their original condition and must not have been removed from packaging and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. All of our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship it does not cover general wear and tear or damage to the product.
Please note that we will cover the cost of a return where the item is faulty, You must contact All About Koi for authorization as we may opt to arrange collection of the item. Please note that collections can only be arranged for certain items.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible, with adequate protection to ensure that the goods and packaging reach us in good condition. Where an order is placed under special delivery arrangements any delivery charge is non refundable in the event of a return for any reason.
