I've very little to say as there is only one treatment - injections. Nothing else works, but first check to be sure it's not a bruise. I give a fish 14 days. If the eye has not recovered I either start treatment or in badly infected fish the eye must be removed to prevent infection entering the fish's head.

You can check to see if a fish has lost its sight by using a mirror. A fish will move from the refection. A fish that has just gone blind in one eye will sort the problem out itself over time by turning the eye to muscle.
